ti ringrazio per questa intervista esclusiva su Fashion Sinner, benvenuta.


I – Modella fin da giovanissima, hai calcato le passerelle più importanti, e posato per le riviste più famose, una delle “supermodels” che forse non ci sono più, cosa pensi delle modelle di oggi??

V – Le modelle di oggi vivono in un contesto molto diverso da quello che era abituale quando io calcavo le passerelle – oggi è molto più difficile emergere e non rappresentare solo una “meteora” nel fashion world. Il mio consiglio è quello di perseverare, ma soprattutto mantenere ben saldi i valori propri di riferimento che ti aiutano nei momenti più difficili della vita.


I – Hai creato una tua linea di moda, è stato un passaggio “naturale” vista la tua esperienza in questo campo o hai comunque dovuto studiare e prepararti molto?

V – Sicuramente aver frequentato i più grandi stilisti del mondo mi ha facilitato molto nel veder creare le loro collezioni ed a volte trasformarle nelle loro mani nel momento della prova sulla mannequin. Ho poi abbinato il mio estro creativo e mi sono anche preparata molto perché in tutto quello che faccio mi piace approfondire e non improvvisare.


I – Dev’essere una grande emozione veder sfilare le proprie creazioni. 

V – Dopo che sei stata per anni sulla passerella, essere dietro le quinte e vedere la reazione del pubblico al passaggio delle tue creazioni è veramente intrigante e molto emozionante. Vivi l’esperienza del fashion world da un punto di vista completamente differente, non solo attraverso la dura, ma incredibile, prova della sfilata come espressione della tua professionalità, ma anche tutto il lavoro che sta alle spalle dall’idea che ti nasce nella testa alla realizzazione di un disegno fino alla scelta dei tessuti e dei colori. Fantastico…


I – Sarai la nuova testimonial di Imetec “Bellissima”, ho la piastra per i capelli e mi trovo molto bene; tu hai una beauty routine per i capelli?

In questo momento la mia esperienza con Bellissima riguarda le due linee di prodotti per l’epilazione permanente e per il ringiovanimento del viso. Comunque so che Bellissima Imetec è nota in Italia soprattutto per le piastre e styler per capelli. A dire il vero, la mia beauty routine per i capelli è molto semplice e naturale: nella quotidianità mi piace lasciarli cadere sulle spalle un poco spettinati, per questo amo quando il tempo lo permette uno shampoo dolce ed un’asciugatura naturale. V – Essere ambasciatrice Unicef per me è un dovere. Un dovere per sensibilizzare tutte le persone che possono e devono aiutare le creature indifese e che non hanno colpa per le situazioni in cui si trovano: i bambini. Essendo madre di 4 figli, non potrei fare diversamente! Anzi, ne approfitto per un appello per il prossimo Natale: pensate ad un regalo utile, un regalo che possa donare un sorriso a chi, lontano dal benessere e dal nostro mondo, potrà continuare a vivere grazie al nostro aiuto.
